Description Leges Repetundae are very important source how we can learn about the life in Ancient Rome. These codes are sources both of formal and material sources of law. The conference paper analyses particular Leges Repetundarum and it shows the evolution of legislation concerning one crime. Furthermore the social circumstances are presented because they caused these rapid legislation changes.
