| Description | The paper deals with the development of the relationship between labour and civil law in the course of past decades, which could be referred to as quite unusual. Particularly the political and ideological circumstances caused an isolation of the labour law from the rest of the private law system. Despite an attempt to renew the relationship between labor and civil law which was made together with the recodification of the Labour Code, the issue remains still under discussion. |
