| Description | Post loosely based on the author's article "In the Name of Corporation: derivative action against members of the statutory authority" in which the author of "stopped" at the question, what is the minimal use of derivative actions (společnických, shareholders) as a tool forcing fair hearing within the internal structures capital company by the statutory body (its members). It is the intention of the author in this short paper to offer a satisfactory answer, and rather to offer some hypotheses that there would be higher, the less likely to play a role in a mosaic as a whole, the practical realization of the Institute's corporate form. |
