| Description | My aim is to show lawyers the text interesting and current case law in the field of administrative law , including a relatively popular as a misdemeanor proceedings of a special type of administrative procedure. The author deals with six major judgments in this area. The text points out such that the charge of misdemeanor can apply new facts and new evidence suggesting even appeal; limitations set forth in § 82 paragraph 4 of the Administrative Procedure Act 2004 to control the offense is falling.
