| Description | The second part of the script is intended for students of bachelor study programs and focuses on a special part of criminal law and procedural. With regard to the new penal code approved by the Chamber of Deputies and the Senate could be part of a special part of substantive criminal law as well as beneficial for the existing master's students or professionals. Criminal materia is prepared taking into account the needs and goals of undergraduate studies. A special part of criminal law contained in the Criminal Code define the first in terms of its content and taxonomy, and then I will give selected offenses under the new legislation. The intention is to give students an overview of undergraduate courses, how special it is necessary to interpret and apply section, not the dismantling of all the offenses contained in it in terms of their constituent elements. Part of the script “Criminal law substantive and procedural – Special Part” is a set of practical examples worked through multimedia and assigned its individual chapters. |
