| Description | The article describes the ruling practice of courts, under which these when deciding on proposals for liberating of court fees imply other criteria for entrepreneurs and non-entrepreneurs, which in the opinion of the author prevents entrepreneurs to access the appeal procedure for reasons that do not apply to non-entrepreneurs. Entrepreneurs are therefore discriminated in access to appeal procedures. Author argues against such a ruling practice, presents arguments in favor of the changes current state. |
