| Description | Institute of legacy giving is an important financial resource for non-profit organization, but its potential is not yet sufficiently exploited. The topic of legacy giving is little discussed both in the field of theoretical and practical level. Today a lot of non-profit organizations deal with the issue of diversification of sources, as the only possible path to sustainability. The impact of donations from individuals and companies occupies one of the very important roles in this process. The present paper aims to map the importance and value of legacy giving and also understand the legal and social relationships in this area. |
