| Description | Paper analyzes case law of the Czech Constitutional Court as one of the sources of inspiration for a new codification of Czech private law. It observes how the authors of the explanatory report have worked with this case law. Paper has found out that in all cases the text of the bill chimes in with the existing case law. Codification thus does not need to distinguish from findings of the Czech Constitutional Court. |
