Description We compared the successfulness of shooting in relation to the different intensity of training load in girl’s basketball team. To determine the heart rate’s range in five bioenergetics’ zones for individual players we used figures for maximum heart rate in endurance shuttle run test. During the training process we monitored the internal response of the organism (heart rate) and its development by telemetric device while each player’s shooting attempt. The successfulness of shooting varied in each zone of the intensity of motor load. The lowest successfulness rate of shooting was reached in the 4th (45.5 %) and the 5th (57.89 %) zone, where the energy for muscle activity is released in aerobic-anaerobic or anaerobic manner.
