| Description | The article deals primarily with the regulation of the temporary agency work set in the Labour Code. Based on the description of the legislation essential features, the paper deals mainly with the right of temporary agency workers assigned at a user undertaking to the same working and employment conditions that would apply if they had been recruited directly by that undertaking to occupy the same job. |
