Description An approach involving students being taught and at the same time students studying using information and communication technology, mainly the internet, in educational process is currently increasingly applied. This trend concerns mainly universities and lifelong learning courses, however, there is also a growing interest at high schools and other types of schools. Whichever type of education takes place, it is always related to the whole personality of an individual. That also means his/her health which plays the key role not only in the existence of a man itself but also in shaping of his/her personality. According to The World Health Organization the concept of health involves physical, mental and social state of each individual. There are numerous factors influencing this state. Motivation plays a vital part in teaching with help of E-learning, even greater than in classical education. Since motivation belongs to the factors in fluencing human psyche, the topic of motivation of students is closely related to the issue of health. It is easier to for an appropriately motivated student to reach his mental contentment. The paper focuses on motivation of university students at studying with help of E-learning.
