| Description | This contribution deals with the specific aspects of social dialogue, in particular with some of its “subjects”. In the first part, the authors try to interpret the term and concept of social dialogue. The second part of this paper is focused on some of the participants of social dialogue, especially on the Works Council. This contribution deals, in particular, with the question of legal personality and the legitimization for collective bargaining of another participant of social dialogue than the trade union. The Authors consider such modifications/amendments de lege ferenda possible. |
