| Description | Subjective element of crime of legal person was one of target points of draft act on criminal accountability of legal persons in the Czech Republic. Conception of objective liability was rejected. Instead of it legislator approved regulation based on accountability or reproachibility of illegal act of legal person. However the construction is not free of problems. Article stipulates obstacles within differentiation between individual forms behavior of the bodies of legal person and other persons theirs acting is accounted to legal person. |
