| Description | Severely burnt patients represent a specific group with a high risk of a development of infectious complications. Although bacteria represent the most common etiological agent contributing to a development of infection in these patients, we have recently noticed the accrual of micromycetes isolated as etiological agents of infectious complications. The paper is outlined as a cross-section of current possibilities of diagnostics of fungal infections. |
