Description Breast augmentation with silicone implants is one of the most frequent procedures in the plastic surgery. Complications associated with the use of silicone implants, except for purely surgical complications, are a rupture, a shift, and a protrusion of the implant together with a breast deformity. The paper describes a case of 36 years old patient after breast augmentation 19 months ago with a history of secretion from the left breast lasting for several weeks and a visible protrusion of the left breast implant of 6x5cm. Due to a suspected bilateral rupture and lymphadenopathy of both axils the extraction of both implants and breast reconstruction was performed simultaneously.
