• Description: Interleukin-10 (IL-10) is a key regulatory cytokine that has a significant effect on both the innate and adaptive immune response. The aim of this study was to analyze polymorphisms in the IL-10 gene and their associations with microbial composition and clinical manifestation of chronic (CP) or aggressive (AgP) periodontitis.
