| Description | Labor law textbook is intended for students of law faculties of the Czech Republic. The aim of the authors was comprehensible to familiarize law students with only basic knowledge of the law, but with some issues related to their application in practical application. In formulating the basic knowledge in general and special part of labor law, we drew on the latest results of our labor and foreign theories and current case law. Textbook includes the foundations of international and European labor law. The content and method of processing comprises textbooks presented the Labour Code and the whole complex of other labor laws, and much easier to students basic knowledge of employment law, and thereby improve their training to the test.
