| Description | The role of State Court and Public Prosecutors Office in political trials during the era 1948-1953 in Czechoslovakia have been analysed in this paper. We can find there the characteristics of the legal form of these institutions and also the legal form of other criminal instructions which were used in political trials. The work also shows the relationship between courts, procurature and the goverment KSČ and State Security Service and how they affected their behaviour. Various illegal trials of judges and procurators are described here also with the explanation how it happened. |
