| Description | This chapter deals with selected issues of the new Czech Criminal Code. Firstly, the author maps the process of the criminal law reform in the Czech Republic. The first part is devoted to the conception of a criminal offence. The second part deals with some questin of criminal law sanctions. The main aim of this chapter is to provide relevant information about the topic mentioned above and to disscuss sime issues connected with the new legal regulation. |
