Submitting applications for the issuance of a duplicate of a university diploma and diploma supplement or a new university diploma and diploma supplement
In accordance with Section 57a of the Higher Education Act Masaryk University will issue a duplicate of the university diploma and diploma supplement or a new university diploma and diploma supplement at the request of a graduate of a study program.
A new university diploma and the diploma supplement are issued by the faculty at which the study program was completed.
A NEW UNIVERSITY DIPLOMA CANNOT BE ISSUED IF THERE IS A CHANGE OF SURNAME IN CONNECTION WITH MARRIAGE OR DIVORCE.
The issuance of a new university diploma and diploma supplement can only be requested in connection with a change of name or surname under the Civil Registry Act. Such a change is understood to be a change that was permitted for a derogatory nature, ridiculousness or another serious reason, and was decided upon by a decision of an administrative authority.
A duplicate of the university diploma and diploma supplement is issued by the faculty where the study program was completed, if the graduate completed their studies after 2010.
After paying the fee, submit a request for the issuance of a duplicate of your university diploma and diploma supplement or a new university diploma and diploma supplement.
