Lecturer in contact, hybrid and online learning (in Czech)
It focuses on the competencies and the way adult educators work in three forms of learning: contact (face-to-face), hybrid (a combination of contact and online in real-time) and online learning. It will introduce participants to the fundamental differences between these forms and teach them how to effectively plan, implement, and evaluate learning outcomes to use their benefits and opportunities.
The course is divided into four modules: 1. Lecturer minimum; 2. Lecturer in contact learning; 3. Lecturer in online learning; 4. Lecturer in hybrid learning
It is designed for lecturers in continuing education, including internal corporate lecturers, academics teaching in lifelong learning courses and those interested in lecturing.Course terms

What you will learn
Participants will learn to understand the basic lecturing skills necessary for effective teaching. They will also learn the main differences between different forms of teaching, such as face-to-face, online and hybrid teaching. They will learn how to plan and implement an educational event in each form and evaluate it effectively afterwards. Finally, they will understand how the preparation of a learning event differs depending on whether it is face-to-face, online or hybrid.
Employment prospects
The course contributes to the deepening and development of lecturing competences. The course does not lead to the acquisition of a professional qualification of a continuing education lecturer.How to enrol
