Support and innovation in the professional development of Russian language teachers in primary and secondary schools (in Czech)
The plan foresees training activities aimed at further social and professional development of Russian teachers, including the development of digital competences, media literacy, the use of artificial intelligence or the education of pupils with language support needs or children and pupils from different socio-cultural backgrounds.
The aim of the training is to raise the level of professional and social preparedness of accompanying and introducing teachers who, in the course of their profession, meet students of teacher education programmes as accompanying teachers or novice teachers as introducing teachers.

What you will learn
- Participants will develop skills in the effective use of modern technologies in teaching Russian, learn to work with online educational tools and artificial intelligence to support learning.
- Participants will develop critical thinking skills and work with information resources in the context of Russian language teaching.
- Participants will identify key aspects of accompanying and introducing teachers, reflect on their role in working with Russian language learners and beginning teachers, and learn strategies for effective mentoring.
