The aim is to innovate Children’s Literature course that had been taught with the literary critical approach, emphasizing main features of prominent genres of children’s literature and their historical development. The newly conceived course will integrate the literary critical approach with the language-teaching methodology (esp. the use of literature in English language teaching) and the assigned literature will respond to current topics in literature for children.
