The project proposes to map a quality of interpersonal relationes among the teachers in přimary schools. The interpersonal relationes are the one of the pivot elements for a positive social climate of a school which reflects in a total school operation. The project will be particularly focused specifically on mobbing and bossing in a teaching staff.
