The project aims at enhancing cooperation between PRIO, Oslo and IIPS, Brno for future joint research and grant proposals. Both partners aim to develop projects submitted together in Horizon2020 (2015), the Czech-Norwegian Research Programme CZ09 (2014), which were positively evaluated but did not receive funding, and existing matching research projects at each individual institution. As the call is non-research, all activities will be aimed at enhancing existing links and creating new joint research opportunities (with new submission aims). The partners will conduct working group sessions, work trips, multi-level meetings, and a project development seminar to build cooperation opportunities
