The project will focus on innovative research aimed at contributing to the expansion of early childhood research in the Czech
pedagogical discourse: It maps the experiences of key actors in various types of day care facilities for children under 3 and analyzes
them together with current discussions on early care and education in wider sociological, pedagogical and historical contexts. Using the
results of the research, it intends to implement the theme of early care and education into the professional training of pedagogical
capacities, both at the level of higher education and at the level of lifelong learning at the Faculty of Education of Masaryk University,
and to actively support the involvement of the given topic in the curricula of pedagogical vocational and secondary schools
