Projekt má dva hlavní cíle:
1) Vyvinout metodu založenou na technologii DIANA pro měření afinity a selektivity inhibitorů CDK a dalších klinicky relevantních kináz.
2) Nalézt nové selektivní inhibitory CDK11 a provést jejich preklinický vývoj s ohledem na jejich potenciál pro léčbu onkologických indikací.
