The subject of the research is the existing structure of insitution of fund-based financing in the Czech Republic as a specific phenomenon of public finances and simultaneously as a tool of economic and social pollicy of the country. The solution of prob lem will result in the theoretical study substantiating the requirements and recommendation of optimization of the system of institutions of fund-based financing in the Czech Republic. From the hypothesis results that the hitherto concept of bodies of fu nd financing was developed under the pressure of necessity to solve everyday transformation problems and it does not fully consider the theoretical prerequisites and experience of the advanced countries. The examined problems are not completely solved in the Czech republic up to now.Project procedure:1. Evaluation of the problem current status.2. Comparison with international experience.3. A proposal of system solution of fund-based financing in the Czech republic.
