The proposal will support the established and powerful ImgLib2/BDV ecosystem by
providing vital funding to its core developers, attracting new development talent and raising awareness of the existing solutions in the life science user community. Moreover, it will support the dissemination of twelve years of accumulated knowledge on big image data analysis in biology to emerging platforms facing similar challenges.
