Professional identity of teachers is growing research area. The aim of this research is to describe phenomenons of Montessori teachers professional identity within their reflective interviews using interpretative phenomenon analysis.
With the outcomes of this research on alternative school teachers, we can understand their motivation, concerns, professional growth and thus provide space for creating professional support during practice or during the training of future teachers.
