The aim is to find a suitable composition of a veterinary lyophilisate containing the anaerobic probiotic Lactobacillus plantarum in combination with carbohydrates and metasilicates. Conditions for lyophilization will also be established. The viability and physico-chemical properties of the product will be assessed. The results will be compared with colon anaerobes for fecal transplants in humans and the effect of the composition and production conditions on both compositions will be evaluated.
