The project's aim is to evaluate the effects of art on the perception of customer satisfaction by healthcare facilities, both patients and staff. A modified SERVQUAL model is used for evaluation, within which, customer expectations and the actual implementation of art programs will be evaluated. Additionally, the project aims to determine excellent strategies to implement art activities in domestic healthcare facilities. Achieving new practical and economic principals to be used in healthcare.
