The project aims to identify energy vulnerability causes and present appropriate tools to prevent and tackle the problem. The project outputs are as follows: V1) an "energy vulnerability index" for the Czech Republic and the results' graphical representation via specialized maps; V2) typology of "pathways to energy vulnerability," i.e., specific combinations of factors increasing the risk of energy poverty; V3) identification of barriers to preventing and addressing energy poverty, including suggestions on how to overcome them. The project outputs will help the state administration, local actors, and NGOs identify vulnerable locations and target assistance. Unique cooperation with the Ministry of Regional Development and sharing experience will help to achieve the goals.
