The project is aimed at addressing gaps in the area of diversity and flexible work culture at CEITEC, specifically in the areas of more gender balance, work flexibility and maternity and parental leave management. In-depth analyses of the above-mentioned problems and their causes will be carried out, strategies will be proposed and concrete measures will be implemented, including training of managers and HR staff/niches.
