The main issue that our project focuses on is the lack of opportunities for young researchers (particularly PhD students and PostDocs) from V4 countries to engage in meaningful academic exchange and collaboration in the field of law. Currently, there are limited platforms for these early-career scholars to share their research, receive feedback, discuss pressing legal issues, and build professional networks across borders. We aim to
change this by organizing the international academic conference "Milestones of Law in the Central European Area 2025" with central theme "The Rule of Law in the 21st Century: Challenges, Opportunities, and Global Perspectives" which will serve as a unique platform
for around 150 participants from V4 countries to present their work, engage in discussions on contemporary legal challenges (not only) connected with the central theme of the conference, and establish valuable cross-border collaborations and connections that can enhance their academic and professional development. To address the issue of limited opportunities for young legal researchers in V4 countries.
