This project aims to characterize proteasome composition, activity, and localization in bortezomib-naïve and resistant multiple myeloma models, including those with reduced ECPAS, PSMD5, and PSME1 levels, to define their roles in proteasome dynamics and resistance to proteasome inhibition.
