The project will establish the Autism Research and Collaboration Lab (MUNI-ARC Lab) at the Faculty of Education, Masaryk University. The Lab will serve as an interdisciplinary hub advancing evidence-based approaches to autism intervention, education, and social inclusion. Expertise from special education, psychology, social work, neuroscience, and ICT will be integrated to strengthen research and practice across three domains central to supporting individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD): 1. ASD Early Intervention, utilizing AI and ICT technologies to support and monitor developmental progress of children with ASD, 2. ASD Transition to School, focused on school readiness and successful inclusion in school education, 3. ASD Social Participation and Adulthood, promoting autonomy, employment, and community integration for individuals with ASD.
