AI4CIR5 addresses a critical European bottleneck: the skills gap at the intersection of the Digital (AI), Green (Circular Economy), and Social (Industry 5.0) transitions. While technology evolves rapidly, the human capital required to steer it toward sustainable ends is lagging.
This project develops a modular, transdisciplinary Higher Education (HE) curriculum that equips engineering and business students with the dual-competencies needed to design human-centric, AI-driven circular systems. By delivering open-access, "plug-and-play" digital resources, AI4CIR5 empowers the future workforce to transform Industry 4.0’s efficiency into Industry 5.0’s resilience and inclusivity.
