Qualitative properties of linear and nonlinear differential equations and theirs systems and some classes of functionaldifferential equations will be investigated. The attention will be paid to problems of the existence of solutions for boundaryvalue p roblems and to applications of the theory of boundaryvalue problems for studying of asymptotic properties of solutions.
