The goal of the project is an investigation of hf discharges burning under both reduced and atmospheric pressure in air with water vapour as a function of discharge parameters such as desity sof water molecules in the discharge, power supply, etc. Experi mental results will be compared with theoretical calculations - an estimation of electron distribution function and swarm parameters. In the begin, we will improve experiments realized already before using now new, modern measurement methods including es timations of confidence intervals for plasma parameters (temperature of neutral particles, electron density, hf power supply, density of water molecules in the discharge, etc.). Afterwards, we will identify and quantify processes running in the discharge and we try to suggest a physical model of low temperature nonequilibrium plasma discharge which can be used for plasmachemical applications.
