| Description | The concept of sustainable development came to the foreground about 25 years ago. Since then it has developed and become an integral part of public policies, including regional policies. Sustainability is incorporated in all current strategic documents, most considerably the Europe 2020 strategy within the EU, the Strategic Framework for Sustainable Development within the CR, but also the Regional Development Strategy, as well as program documents such as Operational Program Entrepreneurship and Innovation and within this the Innovation Program. |
