| Description | Global climate change is the subject of extensive scientific research, but in the education system does not yet have adequate representation. Current concentrations of greenhouse gases in the atmosphere and the inertia of the climatic system repersent a serious risk of irreversible global changes with serious consequences for humanity. The educational system has an inertia too in terms of curriculum innovation and its introduction into practice. It is meaningful to strive for the realization of formal education on climate change mitigation and for the adaptation of future generations to rapidly changing conditions. |
