| Description | The process of declaring an object a Cultural monument in Czech law is regulated by the Act of a State Monument Preservation, but the similar matter leaked into the Construction Act as well. In case of rare findings made on the construction site, there is a specific process, different from the standard one. This contribution will look into the aspects of this particular process. |
