| Description | Municipalities are declared to be the originator of municipal waste and are responsible (in the broad sense of the word) for proper disposal. This paper therefore deals with the consequences that threatens the village, if the waste treated illegally. In this context, it also analyzed the nature of the business community in the position of the originator. |
