| Description | Narrative is usually understood rather as a literary genre. Nevertheless, I think that most of the procedures is based on narratives (including decision-making, positing theories, etc.), which shifts the meaning of the relevant legal narrative method. This paper therefore focuses on explaining the relevance of narrative in the law and its specification for the purposes of legal science. |
