| Description | Central issue of the paper deals with an area where two important matters overlap - discrimination and access to medical assisted reproduction. The most interesting and controversial aspects of the topic are presented through three cases of the European Court of Human Rights whereas questions of applicability and possible breach of the Article 8 of the Convention, eventually Article 8 taken in conjunction with prohibition of discrimination settled by Article 14, are briefly analyzed. |
