Description The Labour Code states that it regulates relations arising in connection with the performance of dependent work between employees (workers) and employers. Legal relations arising in with the performance of non-dependent work are regulated. A key issue in terms of recognition, when must be the work carried out under the rules contained in the Labour Code, is the fulfillment of the essential characteristics of dependent work. Among these basic signs for the identification of the dependent work the performance of work within the relations of the employer’s superiority and his employees’ subordination and in the employers’ name stand as the most important.
