| Description | The book of conference proceedings from the field of sports psychology focuses on the topical psychological approaches to sportsmen and other sports officials from the point of view of positive psychology. In positive psychology we may find new possibilities of improving sports performance as well as coaching approaches. Due to the combination of ones possibilities and coaching positive approaches we may acquire better or at least standard results at the edge of personal maximum. At the same time we may care of ones mental balance. The papers included in this book of proceedings deal with top performance sportsmen. However, the area of sport for the handicapped is included as well. The papers do not cover only the topical pieces of research in the field of sports psychology, but they also propose case studies of clients dealing with sport. |
