| Description | Issuance of an administrative order is processed under the law at 1.6. 2013th Individual provisions of the Act are provided with detailed explanatory notes, and where it is instructive, and are supplemented by an explanatory memorandum. Comments are conceived as a concentrated view of the monolingual content adjustments in administrative systems, which allows the reader to responsive orientation in the administrative order. An important part of the interpretation are quotes from legal sentences of courts, as well as the conclusions of the Advisory Council to the Minister of the Interior to the administrative rules. The book is intended primarily public officials, the source of information it is for other people who come into regimes governed by administrative rules on the "other side", as well as their representative. |
