| Description | DNA marker is developed from the sequence of the RGH1a gene (exon 1) at the Mla locus on chromozomu 1H in barley (Hordeum vulgare). The primer sequences (5`-TCACGACAACACCGACAGAT3`and 5`CAATTCCGCAAGCTCTGAGT-3`) and amplification cycle were designed for detection of target sequence. Amplified DNA fragment 505 bp is detected by gel electrophoresis. Functional sample was made by verifying of properties. |
